Each month, I’ll hold a word that shapes our reflections. We’ll explore it gently — through embodied experience, honest questions, and the quiet wisdom found in everyday life.
I’m a Master Health Coach and Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, and trained in education and community leadership for over two decades. I spend much of my professional life walking alongside others in seasons of growth and healing — but this isn’t a coaching space. It’s a place to notice. To wonder. To stay present. To let faith and wellness meet real life without forcing tidy answers.
Some reflections will remain public and free.
